| Practice this progression in all keys all the way up the neck... Starting at the 1st position in "A". Move all notes 1 whole step (2 frets). Now your have the B-E-F# Move all notes 1 Half Step (1 fret). Now you have the C-F-G Move all notes 1 Whole Step (2 frets). Now you have the D-G-A Move all notes 1 Whole Step (2 frets). Now you have the E-A-B Move all notes 1 Half Step (1 fret). Now you have the F-Bb-C Move all notes 1 Whole Step (2 frets). Now you have the G-C-D Work with the Backing Tracks to get the feel of these positions and your life will be SO MUCH easier playing rhythm and especially Leads & Solos!
